La Pastorale de Regagnas in Trets: cheese-making and maturing.
Situated between the Sainte Baume and Sainte Victoire mountains in the Regagnas massif, the Pastorale du Regagnas is a traditional goat farm, renowned for its perfect acclimatization to the hills of Provence, the quality of its milk and, of course, the famous Brousse du Rove.
We are committed to offering you authentic products throughout the milk production season (from February to October), made from a combination of the beauty of our goats, our love for them and our passion for the goatherd’s and cheesemaker’s craft.
