The Fuveau City Hall presents “COMBAT” by the La Boîte à Musique theater company. An intense theatrical performance about the history of Marseille, followed by a discussion with journalist Philippe Pujol! Fri., Oct. 16 at 7 p.m. (ages 14 and up, €5/€10, reservations on the city hall website).

The city of Fuveau is hosting the theater company La Boîte à Musique for a thought-provoking evening of theater and discussion featuring the play “COMBAT.”
Written by Dominique Sicilia and Belkacem Tir, the play traces the life story of a man born in Marseille in the 1960s. Through a reenactment of real-life testimonies, the performance explores the impact of history on today’s citizens, brought to life by Belkacem Tir’s acting and Ahmad Compaoré’s live music.
The performance will be followed by a discussion with Philippe Pujol, a journalist and author specializing in Marseille-related issues, followed by a book-signing session.
